ABOUT THE TRENDY
The Trendy is a well-know hi-rise condo in Bangkok, with swimming pool and gym, in Sukhumvit Soi 13, 100 meters from Sukhumvit road. It was built in 2008, with western standards, 6 elevators, 4 parking floors, and for your convenience a Seven Eleven, a Family Mart and 2 coffee shops are inside the building (Villa Market supermarket is within 2 minutes walk distance). The pool is 40 meters long, with sun beds and a guard watching over it.
The automatic doors and all the facilities are accessed by electronic card. Security includes many guards (in the parking, at the entrance and in the office tower), security cameras in lobby, corridors, elevators. It is quiet and peaceful, and all the apartments are fully furnished, with aircon, and large windows.
BTS Skytrain station is 100 meters far (Nana station), and underground (MRT) Asoke station at 5 minutes walking. You cannot imagine a more central location.
